We care about where our food comes from and strive to serve you the very best, which is why we take extra care in sourcing the best fresh local produce to bring to your plate. All our ingredients are sourced within a 100 mile radius from the hotel, so you know it's fresh!

Our menu has an array of dishes to cater to any palate, but if it's traditional fare you're after, you can choose from delicious Hetland specials including pan seared scallops, the haggis & black pudding tower, and a true classic, haggis-stuffed chicken with a whisky cream sauce.

Our cosy lounge and cocktail bar are both open throughout the day for a relaxing refreshment or a freshly cooked bar meal. With comfy sofas, roaring log fires and views stretching over our private grounds, you'll feel revived in no time.
